The association of Phoma sclerotioides with root diseases of cereals, legumes and weeds [Australia]
1986
Harris, J.R. (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, Glen Osmond (Australia). Div. of Soils)
The fungus has been isolated from stem bases, crowns and roots of wheat, barley and oats. Previously unrecorded in the Southern Hemisphere, it appears to be widespread in southern Australian dryland cropping systems. Its host range extends over legumes and grassy and broad-leaved weeds associated with cereals. Pathogenicity tests for cereal hosts are recorded.
