English. In the last years, the interest to study hydrological events caught the attention of many scholars, as the large bibliography in this specific field testifies by the number of documents. As regards the expectation of such events in particular, the most of theoretical probabilistic laws have been adjusted and therefore the aim of this research is to introduce the utilization of the distribution of Polya to regularize the flood flows.
