[Behaviour of the EDTA, CDTA and DTPA [complexing agents] as extraction agents of the Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe in soil]

English. The chelating agents EDTA, CDTA and DTPA at different concentrations and at pH values between 5,0 and 8,0 were used to extract Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe from soils of the zone of Medanos near Bahia Blanca, Argentine. The chemical determination of Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe were carried out using Atomic Absorption Sepctrophotometry. It was found that the amounts of Mn and Fe extracted by the complexing agents decreased as the pH of extraction increased. The amounts extracted of Zn had a maximum at pH values between 6,0 and 7,5 while the amounts of Cu extracted seem to be independent of the pH of the extracting solution.

Si studio l'applicazione delle sostanze complessanti EDTA, CDTA e DTPA a differenti concentrazioni e valori di pH da 5,0 a 8,0 come agenti di estrazione di Cu, Zn, Mn e Fe in suoli della regione di Medanos vicina a Bahia Blanca (Argentina). Le determinazioni vennero eseguite con la spettrofotometria di assorbimento atomico. Uno studio preventivo assicuro l'assenza di interferenze. Si incontro un comportamento costante rispetto al Cu, per i tre complessanti utilizzati. Per lo Zn le quantita estratte aumentarono per valori di pH compresi fra 6,0 e 7,5 con le concentrazioni di sostanze complessanti impiegate, mentre per il Fe ed il Mn diminuirono a misura che aumento il pH.
