The Authors show results obtained following the researches about the use of Zimoyeast (composed of two living yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Kluyveromyces fragilis) in the feeding of ducks. Zimoyeast, given at the dose of 0,15per cent of feed, has shown to be able to influence positively the weight increase (5,75per cent), the index of feed conversion (4,07per cent), the dressing out percentage (5,80per cent) and the lean meat carcass percentage (10,65per cent), and to exert also a considerable action of economy on the protein of animal origin of the ration.

Lo Zimoyeast, alla dose dell 0,15per cent di mangine, ha condizionato favorevolmente la velocita di crescita (6,75per cent), l'uttilizzazionne dell'alimento (4,07per cent), la resa al macello (5,80per cent) el la percentuale di carne della carcasse (10,65per cent) ed inoltre ha svolto una marcata azione di risparmio sulle proteine di origine animale della razione
