[Microbacterium spp. and Brochotrix thermosphacta in meats and meat products]

English. The cultural and physiological reactions of organisms of the genus Brochotrix and Microbacterium, which have been isolated from meats and meat products, are reported in this work. M. lacticum, M. flavum and an atypical group of microbacterium are described. The number of these microrganisms in meats and meat products is very low.

Tra i microbatteri sono presenti M. lacticum, M. flavum e microbatteri atipici. Questi microrganismi sono poco numerosi nelle carni.
