Con un presupuesto de 19 millones de euros, busca fortalecer la producción sostenible de alimentos, mejorar la distribución, promover dietas saludables y ampliar la protección social. También aborda desafíos como la dependencia de importaciones y obstáculos sanitarios que afectan el comercio intra-regional. Para ello, se propone fortalecer controles, mejorar la calidad de productos agrícolas y pesqueros, e impulsar políticas que apoyen la resiliencia alimentaria.
