This report gives an overview of eucalyptus grandis and pinus patula under financial scritiny to assess profitability, eucalyptus showing to yield a better yield at equal discount rates of 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%.The superiority of eucalyptus being enhanced by its coppicing ability.
