Abstract: Numerous aspects of food service are covered in this compilation of abstracts of research articles that appeared in the journal of the American Dietetic Association from 1965 to 1983. Abstracrs contain the title, source, author(s), number of pages, and a summary of the article text. Abstracts are organized chronologically under the following subheadings: 1) computer use, 2) cost control, 3) customer relations, 4) food service equipment, 5) future trends, 6) personnel, 7) productivity, 8) sanitation, 9) service concepts, and 10) training and education.
