Abstract: A series of master coloring sheets was developed to teach elementary school children some fun facts about general nutrition and the school lunch program. Coloring sheets feature foods served in the school lunch program and introduce students to food sources of selected nutrients. Some also feature crossword puzzles, connect-the-dots, and other types of activities. Materials were designed to be duplicated and distributed in classrooms at the same time as specific foods are being served in the school cafeteria.
