Trends in Florida water use by economic categories, 1970-1977

Extract: Fresh water use in Florida increased from 4,104 million gallons per day in 1970 to 6,727 million gallons per day in 1977. One quarter of the use was towards domestic consumption with the other three quarters going to production activities. There was also an apparent increase in the proportion devoted to production activities in North Florida.
