Abstract: A reference text for training directors in private companies and corporations contains an encyclopedia of proven methods to cut training costs while increasing job performance. The training methods and ideas covered can be directly utilized in training new employees on retraining current staff. Topics include 8 training merhods and their application, supervisory training, management development, safety and health programs, human relations and morale training, and cost reduction and quality improvement techniques. The goals of the training techniques are improve supervision, reduce grievances, improve quality and productivity, reduce absenteeism and tardiness, improve safety and health, and reduce the costs of supervision and overhead.
