Over consumption of cholesterol and other fatty substances leads to arterial degeneration and partial or complete blockage of arteries. The effects of this blockage on the heart and other organs are explained. Examples are cited to show that the medical approach to atherosclerosis is inadequate; preventive medicine is the best protection. Excerpts from books and statements of two associations are cited to show that meat and aminal products are incompatible with the health of the heart and blood vessels.
