Results of research are quoted to dispel the idea that the addition of cooked meat or pasteurized dairy products to a diet will prevent Vitamin B12 deficiency anemia. The Vitamin B12 factor in foods is 89 percent destroyed during ordinary cooking. The synthesizing process is described and advice for vegetarians is given: eat raw foods; combine foods properly; avoid drugs, antibiotics, chemically preserved foods and foods not grown on living organic soil; and, do not be a glutton.
