Stevia seleriana afforded, in addition to known terpenoids, three new labdane type diterpenes, 5 beta,9 beta H,10 alpha,7-labden-3-oxo-15-oic acid, 5 beta,9 beta H,10 alpha,3,4-seco-labd-7-en-3,15-dioic acid and 5 beta,9 beta H,10 alpha,3,4-seco-labd-7,13(Z)-dien-3,15-dioic acid. Their structures were established by chemical and spectroscopic methods.
