The Search for good ideas
1983
Kirkwood, William G.
Good ideas (creative problem solving) can resolve the difficulties that confront individuals, organizations and nations. Skills and attitudes that foster creativity can be learned; 4 principles that can make the search for good ideas more effective and more satisfying include: exploring alternate definitions; keeping idea identification and idea evaluation separate; learning to build on ideas, as well as criticize them; and avoiding premature solutions.
