The results of a workshop on assertiveness training became obvious in the improved relations and participation of students and food service employees of a junior high school. Cafeteria displays of photographs enabled students to recognize the people who served their food; the staff enjoyed seeing photos of students in their various activities. The environment was further enlivened with large, colorful fruits, flowers, and nutrition posters. The "Who's Who and What's What" program was so successful that it was presented to other cafeteria managers in a nutrition education workshop.
