The taste, texture and nutritional value of spaghetti and spaghetti sauces are reviewed and ranked. Twenty-four brand name types of spaghetti and 48 spaghetti sauces (meatless and meat/meat-flavored) are evaluated for sensory characteristics and price. Fresh and whole-wheat pastas and powdered spaghetti sauce mixes are also mentioned.
