A systematic approach to nutrition planning
1976
Pines, James M.
The systematic approach to malnutrition seeks to identify in each situation the combination of factors that produce the nutritional status picture. Attention is focused on the many interdependent determinants that influence the family, community, or national nutrition condition. A diagram illustrates a basic framework for exploring these causal factors. Nutritionists should employ the help of systems analysis in an interdisciplinary approach to solving nutrition problems.
