Structure of sesquiterpene glucosides from potato leaves

Two new glucosides of sesquiterpenoids and six known glucosides were isolated from potato (Solanum tuberosum, cv NOURIN ICHIGO) leaves and their structures deduced by spectral data. The distribution of glucosides of ionone-related compounds in leaves of seven cultivars of potato was investigated.
