Babesia divergens, adult cows, serum carboxypeptidase B levels in severe infections started to fall 3 days after infection and were significantly lower than both preinfection levels and those of mildly affected cows for period of 10 days starting at time of maximum parasitemia, normal levels were regained on 23rd day after infection
