1977
Frank, Gail C. | Berenson, Gerald S. | Schilling, Prentiss E. | Moore, Margaret C.
An improved 24 hour dietary recall its detailed technique and tested reproducibility as a tool for studying the composition of children's diets is described. The method was developed to assess and characterize the dietary intake of children, yield reproducible dietary data, allow a child to serve as his own respondent, and require only a small staff. The improved technique includes special training of interviewers, the use of graduated food models and detailed probing. Standardized forms and statistical tables are shown.
