The syntheses of (t-Bu)₂PCH₂P(t-Bu)₂ and (PhO)₂PCH₂P(Oph)₂ and an improvement of the synthesis of Me₂PCH₂PMe₂ are described. Mixed Me/CH₂SiMe₃ and Cl/t-Bu diphosphinomethane derivatives are characterized by means of NMR spectroscopy.
