LAC puts members in touch with congress

The American School Food Service Association's (ASFSA) Legislative Action Conference (LAC) provides an opportunity for ASFSA members to experience the national legislative scene firsthand and learn about key issues facing child nutrition programs. It also gives ASFSA members a chance to develop a relationship with Washington legislators and express their views on important concerns. LAC attendees can plan ahead for a meeting their congressional representatives or senator by assembling key school food service statistics that they want to share.
