Constituents of Isolona maitlandii

From extracts of the stem bark of Isolona maitlandii, 16 hexalobine-type compounds were isolated, besides aporphinoids, amides and sterols. The leaf extract contained only hexalobines. Structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Among the isolated constituents are ent-hexalobine C and five new hexalobines.
