The life history of Anatrachyntis terminella (Walker) is described for the first time. Larvae of this moth infest the egg‐sacs of the spider Nephila edulis (Koch), feed on the eggs and pupate in the silk of the egg‐sac. The life history of the moth is discussed in relation to its effect on the spider.
