Extract: An investigation was conducted to identify personality constructs of dietitians and dietetic students, with managerial decision-making styles labeled according to various occupational functions. The impersonal matter-of-fact analysis expressed in technical skills was preferred to other styles. Because all styles can be useful to the practitioner in any setting, it was suggested that identification and adaptation of style be included in all education programs. (Author)
