Four new species of Amphidorylaimus, namely A. jamali, A. longistylus, A. mayae and A. tho Ius are described and illustrated. The first three of these species are reported from India while the fourth is from Colombia. Males are not known for any of these species. Amphidorylaimus jamali has long and very slender female body (L = 1.00-1.09 (1.04) mm; a = 47-59 (50.6)); c' = 21-27 (23.3); V = 36-41 (38); odontostyle and odontophore 9.5-10 (9.92) um and 11-14 (12) um long, respectively; and tail 223-280 (247) um in length. A. longistylus females have odontostyle 12 um long, body 0.91-0.97 mm (0.93) mm and tail 235-270 (256) um long; a = 47-59 (48.3); c = 3.6-3.9 (3.75); c' = 19.6-21.2 (20.5); and vulva located at 35-40 (37) per cent of body length. A. mayae sp. n. differs from all the known species of Amphidorylaimus by its elongate-conoid tail which is not filiform. It shows affinities with species of the genus Epidorylaimus Andrassy, 1986, but differs in the structure of vagina and longer, terminally attenuated tail. A. tholus sp. n. is recognized by 0.74-0.97 mm (0.8) mm long and slender (a = 40-57) female body, vulva located at 40-48 (43) per cent of body length; odontostyle 8-10 (9.5) um and tail 170-230 (190) um long.
