What to teach medical students about human lactation

Researchers have used the principles of the theory of reasoned action to design instructional materials that promote human lactation. This theoretical approach has been successfully employed for the development of educational programs to promote specific health-related behaviors. This report serves to illustrate how the principles of this theory were used to increase the endorsement of human lactation by medical students.
