A guide to making of business plan of machine-and-technological station (MTS) is set down. The aim of business plan is planning of economic activity of MTS for a definite period, argument of safety and efficiency of investments of possible investors. The MTS business plan has the following structure: resume; description of products (services); marketing and sales; description of enterprise; production plan; financial plan; directivity and efficiency of project; risks and guarantees; appendices. It is noted that elaboration of business plan begins from the item "Description of products (services) followed by the item "Marketing and sales of products (services)" with definition of the market and sale volume. These two items are the key items forming a base for the others. Sequence of actions in elaboration of business plan is givenon an example of the project for MTS of the Akkol district of the Akmola region; this business plan contains the main item on definition of investment volume and forecast of financial activity is given. Realization of the project is directed to improvement of logistics for agrarian-and-production complex of a standard district of the Kazakhstan north zone. The work is published under support of the World Bank project "Postprivatization support of agriculture" and of the assosiation "Society of experts for agrobusiness of Kazakhstan".
