English. We show the control of bulk milk yielded in 404 mountain farms and the adaptation of formalities compared to lowland farms. The fat and protein content is not an impediment to meet the requirements of the EEC directive 92/46; the 25% and the 28% of farms do not observe the requirements in the cell and bacterial count. The greater impediment to meet the health requirement is the presence of Streptococcus agalactiae in the 52% of the farms

Il contenuto in materia grassa e proteica non costituisce un ostacolo al raggiungimento dei requisiti previsti dalla direttiva 92/46. Il 25% ed il 28% delle aziende non risulta rispettare i requisiti in carica cellulare e batterica. Il maggior ostacolo al raggiungimento del requisito sanitario risulta essere la presenza dello Streptococcus agalactiae nel 52% delle aziende
