1. MBRIS is a data management system for personal computer using the data constructed with dualistic tables such as items and descriptors. MBRIS is easy to use because it has kind of guide messages and the form of questions and answers prepared for users. 2. In the system of MBRIS, I/O table is prepared for not only lump inputting of data, but also for one by one inputting of data. It is useful for leveling of data inputting labor and using of inputted data immediately. 3. Various treatments in MBIRS are executed by separated programs and finished on given treatments independently. It is also easy to manage the programs and add some functions to the programs
