This paper is the third report of an agricultural economical study about Kaixiangong Village located at riverside district of the Tai-Hu Lake in China. The village is also known as 'Yangtze Valley', and it was introduced to the world in 1930's through HSIAO-TUNG FEI's works, who is one of the most renowned Chinese social- anthropologist. In this area, industrialization had been mainly promoted by town/village owned companies in the middle of 1980's and this particular type of industrialization is called 'Sunan Model'. However, since the late 1990's the companies have been privatized, and the conditions of employment have changed accordingly. The present study investigates the employment structure of farm households by analyzing one farmers' group (comprises 25 households) with a reference of second report that the study was based on industrialization. The paper also explains the member of farmers into four generations (i.e., head of a household generation, vice-head of a household generation, son generation and daughter generation), and characterizes each generation from the view point of their career trajectories. It is clarified that plural activities in the farm households has enhanced the high level of total family income of the each generation, which was the disposition of the employment structure in Sunan village.
