Correlation between oncentrate, plasma and intramuscular fat of fatty acid composition in Japanese Black cow

In beef production field, the development of technology in which oleic acid proportion of intramuscular fat which seems to influence eating quality is improved is expected. Therefore, the relationship of fatty acid compositions such as oleic acid among concentrate, blood plasma and intramuscular fat was investigated using Japanese black female fattening cattle which had been produced in Yamagata prefecture. As the result, there was no the significant correlation for the relation between concentrate, blood plasma and oleic acid proportion of intramuscular fat except for the part.
