[Rhopalocera (Hexaneuridae, Lepidoptera) of Quercus pyrenaica Willd. forests of Southwest Salamanca [Spain]]

In this paper data has been gathered over a two year period based on samplings (1979-1980) in plantations of Oak-trees from the south-west of the province of Salamanca. A collection of a total number of 3.801 speciments has been collected belonging to 93 species giving information about ecology and the geografic distribution of these insects. From the species that have been cited, 3 are new for the fauna of the province of Salamanca, 1 represents the most southern data and 3 represents the most western data of those known in the Iberian Peninsula
