An aeration configuration in a stock breeding building

A stock breeding building, revamped in accordance with a scheme for aeration with simultaneous utilization of the heat emitted by the animals, is put under scrutiny. The aeration rate, the air temperature changes in the aeration configuration and inside the room have been measured. The heat flows of the aerated air in the process of the heat exchange have been calculated. A 38.5 of heat utilization can be obtained. The thermal characteristics of the building get improved compared to some existing building. The heating period is reduced. For the piglet rearing conditions in Bulgaria this reduction is down to 31 for north Bulgaria and down to 45 for south Bulgaria.
