The type of interrelations between the basic mechanisms of natural resistance was studied in 400 sheep.Most important as absolute values were the correlations between the two evaluations of the titre of complement and between the parallel indices of phagocytal activity of neutrophyls.Positive trends of the dependences were registered between complemental and bactericidal activity in Avasi and between the mutual variability of the latter and gamma-globuline in the East Friesian population.
