This study contains the techno-economic analysis of energy using for heating of livestock building. Calculations are made with actual fuel price and real energy needs for heating reproduction building with 50 sows. In conclusion of this paper are emphasized that biomass from agricultural production are the most economical fuel for heating of livestock building. That biomass is cheaper: 8.05 times than electrical energy, 5.86 times than liquid fuel, 2.05 times than natural gas, 1.73 times than coal and 1.23 times than wood.
