Comparative analysis of agricultural food products consumption

The basic goal of this book is to survey quantitative and qualitative aspects of basic agricultural foods consumption in Europe per capita, for the period of 1992-2002, in total. In addition, consumption of food has also been researched in countries of different levels of economic development, in the European Union and West and East Europe. Also, this paper will signify state and trends of nourishment in Serbia and Montenegro and position of our country in Europe, based on the attained parameters. Particular instances will be compared with previous periods so as to review the changes in consumption. Also, this paper will signify variations of attained research results in relation to world consumption, in the investigation period. Based on forecasting value of trends, consumption in Europe and Serbia and Montenegro for the year 2007 will be predicted. This book will provide theoretical and practical contribution for those responsible to carry out adequate actions to improve nourishent of consumers in Europea and Serbia and Montenegro.
