This paper presents the results of basic physico-chemical analyses of sewage waters from the City of Cacak collector during 2011. The sewage waters exhibit significant deterioration in physico-chemical characteristics as compared to the water of the immediate recipient body, the Zapadna Morava River. The high level of organic pollution from untreated wastewaters into the Zapadna Morava River results in water quality deterioration. The results of the above analyses along with previous research finding necessitate the need for a collective wastewater treatment system in the City of Cacak.
