Organizational culture is a system of assumptions, beliefs, values and norms of behavior that members of an organization have developed and adopted through common experience and behavior. Holcim Serbia is one of the best example of matching the organizational culture with national culture of the country in which they operate. Management of Holcim Serbia is synergy of organizational and national culture. The employees of this company bring with them their customs and principles, but they fit into the organizational culture and rules that apply for the company in other business units.
