Proizvodnja i prodaja lekovitog bilja: slučaj PPG u Dalmacij

The paper analyzes the production and saleof olives, immortelles and lavander on afamily farm in Dalmatia in the Republic ofCroatia. The farm is located near importanttourist centers in Croatia, which is convenient for the sale of agricultural products.The aim of this paper is to determine thecircumstances under which the sale of freshand processed herbs takes place, theamount of yield on the farm and the sustainability of production. Data for economicanalysis were obtained by interviewing theowner of the farm. Olive production on thefarm has a tradition of over 100 years. Thefollowing products are obtained by processing the products from the farm: oliveoil, immortelle oil, immortelle cream,immortelle macerate, immortelle hydrolateand lavender oil.
