It is shown, that cultivation of common spring wheat the 2 and the 3 crop after fallow on leached chernozem of the forest-steppe Ob River Region promotes preservation of constantly high density of a population of Bipolaris sorokiniana Shoem. The number of pathogen in soil is mainly determined by conditions of the vegetative period (V = 46,2%) and on the average degree (V =16,2%) is done by varietal specific of a cultivated crop. In 50% of the test years the precede wheat had a weak effect on conidium accumulation and the difference of spore number between the 2 and the 3 crops was 11.1-56.9%. The population number of B. sorokiniana in soil under the third crop after fallow in the case of change the ploughing by chisel tillage is on constant level and depends on varieties of cultivated wheat. Under the second culture after fallow the given dependence is not revealed
