Common weak point of electrical technological cultivators (ETC), manufactured in Russia, USA, Great Britain, France and other countries, is the raised inputs of electric energy due to the random nature of processes in the inter-electrode space. Introduction of an energy doze into the structures, which are responsible for a vegetative organism survival, with the aim to damage them is practically uncontrollable and results in high power consumption. Hence, local distribution of the electric field is to be estimated with regard to complicated geometry and nonlinear physical properties of materials in the electric field - plant tissue, soil and air media, and also the structures used in the electrode system of ETC. The technique of field survey of the electric field includes the following stages: 1) an J electrode system for ETC is manufactured following the known prototypes, assembled and 1 fixed on the pilot model of ETC; 2) specific electric resistance of soil media is determined; 3) experimental data about the electric field is acquired, the field map is drawn and calculated; 4) experimental data is compared with the estimated data, which has been received with the most convenient methods (final elements, final differences, graphic or other); 5) conclusions are: made about the obtained results. To run a field experiment it is necessary to manufacture an electric technological cultivator with an additional device to measure potentials of the electric field points close to the electrode systemMapping devices of soil electric conductivity on various field sites manufactured both in Russia and abroad, may be applied to cut the time for this operation. In the context of precise farming the electric cultivation should be capable to receive the information on the soil structure and vegetative layer of separate field sites and to create necessary electric field for effective and environmentally sound protection of plants against weeds in a real time mode
