The legal status, structure and management system of agricultural companies and their associations with other agri-food entities in the form of holding companies are examined. The model for their effectiveness evaluation has been introduced. This model includes cash flow variables, alternative projects comparison and the effect maximization condition. The evaluation is based on integrated approach and covers effectiveness determinants. Within this framework, multinominal models are considered to be the most efficient. For instance, the own assets profitability model implies the three determinants: sales profitability, resource utilization profitability and investment profitability. Based on a close company data, the financial analysis, including assets estimation, liquidity, financial sustainability and profit, is provided. The marketing analysis for the "TD" open company allowed to prove a need for own marketing networks and labour motivation incentives in farm organizations and associations
