Deep soil treatment and softening result in washing it off in great volumes of storm waters and floodwaters at the field slopes. For example, in the Belgorod Region up to 12 ton of soil wash off per 1 ha of slope lands annually. An energy-resource-saving sowing method and a sowing section of the anti-erosion seeder have been developed. The sowing deep soil is cut and elevated at a height forming thereby furrows having a profile of an equilateral trapezium in the angles of which seeds and the starting dose of mineral fertilizer are put. The main dose of mineral fertilizer in the form of a vertical ribbon or a row is placed in a slot between the seed rows. After that, the earlier elevated soil is let down in a furrow and compacted. The furrows and slots formed across the slope and filed with softened soil function as accumulators reducing the water flow, soil and fertilizer wash-off. Described are a construction and the operation of the sowing section. Using the slowing diction allows reducing the energy consumption by 20% due to the combination of technological operations and the volume of soil softening, increasing the evenness of seed deep bedding evenness, improving the grain yield by accumulating moisture and oriented placing mineral fertilizer relative to the root system
