High-yield cultivars of hybrid black currant Malen'kij Prints, Orlovskij Vals (OV), Perun, Tamerlan, Chernavka (CH), Shalun'ya, Yadrenaya (YD) were crossed with immune to gall mite (Cecidophyopsis ribis) (GM) cultivars Gratsia and Kipiana. Obtained hybrid seedlings were used in experiments in the Tambov Region in 2007-2009. Effects of maternal and paternal cultivars on seedling yield (SY), of plant resistant to GM, powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca mors-uvae) (PM) and anthracnose (Gloeosporium ribis) (AN) were found out. The maximum SY resistant to GM was fixed when CH was used as a mother plant. When Kipiana, Perun, CH were used, the SY resistant to PM was the maximum. When OV was done, the SY resistant to AN was the maximum. The cultivar YD showed up to be the best farther plant, in the generations of which SY resistant to GM was 87.5% and infections by PM and AN were not observed. Families obtained by using CH, OV and Tamerlan as paternal plants, were notable by their resistance to PM. An analysis of the combined effects of maternal and paternal cultivars on the nature of inheritance of resistance to GM, MP and AN was done. The maximum SY resistant to GM was observed in the generations, in which Gratsiya was one of parent forms. The cultivar YD showed up to be also a good maternal form and SY resistant to GM was 83.3% in the case. The usage of Kipiana resulted in SY of 60.0-66.7%.The maximum SY (100%) resistant to PM was observed in the families of Gratsiya x OV, Gratsiya x CH, Kipiana x Tamerlan, Perun x Graysiya, CH x Gratsiya. Seedlings obtained by crossing varieties of Gratsiya and YD had no signs of damage. Yadreanaya was concluded to be the most prospective cultivars as one of parental forms when breeding for resistance to GM, PM and AN.
