Biological aspects of productive properties formation in hens of the cross "Loman-White" | Биологические аспекты формирования продуктивных качеств у кур кросса "Ломан-белый"

English. The results of evaluation of conjugation of egg pro-inductance with insulin levels and the intensity of glucose metabolism in the body chickens, Lohman White cross. Blood to be studied was taken from jugular vein prior to feeding at days 26, 52 and 80 of egg laying. The concentration of glucose, lactic and pyruvic acid, the activity of lactatehehydrogenase, insulin and zinc status were determined; carbohydrate exchange indices were calculated. The resultant findings were subjected to correlation analysis. It is established that productive characteristics are linked to the nature of the oxidative breakdown of glucose. The relationship between all studied features during the reproductive period was positive, except for zinc, that is, the hormone level, to a definite degree, influences directly the parameter values. The relationship between glucose level and insulin in blood was statistically significant in all egg laying periods. The portion of explainable (the determination coefficient) was within 60.8-68.8% thereby confirming the regulating influence of hormone in glucose metabolism in chickens. At the beginning of the reproductive period insulin reliably correlates with the concentration of lactic acid (the determination coefficient 60.8%), and in the peak and at the end of egg laying – with the pyruvic acid level (the determination coefficient from 51.8 to 54.7%). Insulin through the oxidation process takes a central metabolic role providing the cells with energy. The nature of linear relationship between insulin and zinc was reliable. Therefore, functioning the insular system is partially defined by using zing with pancreas beta-cells that is linked to synthesized insulin. The level of insulin is statistically comparable with the productivity of laying hens throughout the egg laying period. The portion of explainable dispersion varies from 58 to 68%. Probably, it exhibits the catabolitic effect of hormone in relation to glucose, but anabolitic effect – in relation to productive qualities

Russian. Изучена сопряженность яичной продуктивности с уровнем инсулина и интенсивностью углеводного обмена в организме кур кросса "Ломан-белый". Кровь для исследования брали из яремной вены до кормления на 26-й, 52-й и 80-й нед яйцекладки. Определяли концентрацию глюкозы, молочной и пировиноградной кислот, активность лактатдегидрогеназы, уровень инсулина и цинка; вычисляли индексы углеводного обмена. Полученные данные были подвергнуты корреляционному анализу. Связь между большинством изучаемых признаков в ходе репродуктивного периода была положительной. Статистически значимой во все периоды яйцекладки была связь между уровнем глюкозы и инсулина в крови. Доля объяснимой дисперсии (коэффициент детерминации) находилась в пределах 60,8-68,8%, что подтверждает регулирующее влияние гормона на метаболизм глюкозы в организме кур. В начале репродуктивного периода уровень инсулина достоверно коррелировал с концентрацией молочной кислоты (коэффициент детерминации 60,8 %), а в пик и в конце яйцекладки - с уровнем пировиноградной кислоты (коэффициент детерминации - от 51,8 до 54,7 %). Инсулин через процесс окисления глюкозы берет на себя центральную метаболическую роль, обеспечивая энергией клетки организма. Характер линейной связи между инсулином и цинком был достоверен. Следовательно, функционирование инсулярного аппарата частично определяется использованием бета-клетками поджелудочной железы цинка, который связывается с синтезированным инсулином. Уровень инсулина статистически соизмерим с продуктивностью кур-несушек в ходе всего периода яйцекладки. Доля объяснимой дисперсии колебалась от 58 до 68%. Вероятно, в этом проявляется катаболическое действие гормона по отношению к глюкозе, но анаболическое – по отношению к продуктивным качествам.
