Research of energy expenses on cropping | Исследование энергозатрат на возделывание сельскохозяйственной культуры

English. The article is one of a series of research papers prepared for publication on energy conservation and the development of mechanical and technological bases of energy-saving technologies in agricultural production. The paper analyzes the structure of energy consumption for the cultivation of the crop. Technology of cultivation of a crop is considered beyond the context of a specific crop as a sequence of necessary mechanized operations, quality of which must comply with agro-technical requirements to perform certain types of work and operations. In case of incompliance it is invited to repeat it. The conditions under which one kind or source of energy can be replaced by another one are considered. Energy consumption for the operation is considered as the sum of the energy consumption for direct execution and enforcement of mechanized operations. The purpose functions of the prime cost of specific energy consumption and constituents thereof are considered. The mathematic model of energy expenses is obtained. There is given the purpose function of reducing energy capacity of cultivating agricultural crops and recommendations to producers. There is given an algorithm of technological operations in the cultivation of crops, as well as an exemplary algorithm of preparing the soil for sowing of winter wheat.

Russian. Анализируется структура энергозатрат на возделывание с.-х. культуры. Технология возделывания с.-х. культуры рассмотрена отвлеченно от конкретной культуры как последовательность выполнения необходимых механизированных операций, качество выполнения которых должно соответствовать агротехническим требованиям на выполнение отдельных видов работ и операций. В случае несоответствия предполагается его повторное кратное выполнение. Рассмотрены условия, при которых возможны и рациональны замена одного вида или источника энергии другими. Энергозатраты на выполнение операции рассматриваются как сумма энергозатрат на непосредственное выполнение и на обеспечение выполнения механизированной операции. Рассматриваются целевые функции себестоимости удельных затрат энергии и его составляющие. Получена математическая модель энергозатрат. Дана целевая функция снижения энергоемкости возделывания с.-х. культур и рекомендации сельхозпроизводителям. Дан алгоритм выполнения технологических операций при возделывании с.-х. культуры, а также примерный алгоритм подготовки почвы под посев озимой пшеницы.
