English. Clostridia are Gram-positive, anaerobic, spore-forming bacteria of the family Clostridiaceae, genus Clostridium, are widespread in nature and can be the cause of many diseases of cattle. High-yield animals after the first and second calving and the calves are the most susceptible to the disease. Purpose was studying the specific structure of bacteria of genus Clostridium isolated from cattle at big dairy farms of Siberia and also definition of their cultural-morphological, biochemical and some biological properties. Isolation and identification of cultures of bacteria was spent according to "Methods of laboratory diagnostics clostridiosis". Specific identification of pure cultures of bacteria carried out by means of a set "RAPID ANAIIPanel". The frequency of isolation of bacteria from samples of biological material from animals of different gender and age was 8.00% including 5.43% of the cows and 1.72% from calves to 6-old month of age. It was established that mostly circulating species in cattle were Cl. histolyticum, Cl. septicum, Cl. sporogenes and Cl. perfringens. The most frequently isolated pathogenic bacteria from internal organs were Cl. septicum (100%) and Cl. histolyticum (71.15%) and from milk and vaginal exudates were isolated non pathogenic cultures of Cl. histolyticum.

Клостридии - грамположительные анаэробные спорообразующие бактерии семейства Clostridiaceae, рода Clostridium, широко распространены в природе и могут быть причиной многих болезней крупного рогатого скота (КРС). Наиболее восприимчивы к заболеванию высокопродуктивные животные после первого-второго отелов, а также телята. Целью работы было изучение видового состава бактерий рода Clostridium, выделенных от КРС на молочных комплексах Сибири, а также определение их культурально-морфологических, биохимических и некоторых биологических свойств. Выделение и идентификацию культур бактерий проводили согласно ГОСТ 26503-85 "Методы лабораторной диагностики клостридиозов". Видовую идентификацию чистых культур бактерий осуществляли при помощи набора "RAPID ANAIIPanel". Частота выделения бактерий из проб биоматериала от животных различных половозрастных групп составила 8,00%, в том числе 5,43% от коров и 1,72% от телят до 6-ти месячного возраста. Установлено, что в пределах изученной выборки КРС в основном циркулируют виды Cl. histolyticum, Cl. septicum, Cl. sporogenes и Cl. perfringens. Из проб внутренних органов наиболее часто выделяли патогенные бактерии Cl. septicum (100%) и Cl. histolyticum (71,15%), а из молока и вагинальных выделений - непатогенные культуры Cl. histolyticum.
