English. At artificial feeding of young agricultural animals application of the whole milk replacers that actually are complicated feeding mixtures containing nutritive and biologically active substances acquires special meaning. The product including milk whey was developed that is not inferior to milk in its composition. In the technology green juice of the preliminary ground green mass of stalk and leaves of the red clover was applied. The dry matter content in the green juice was 12.8%. The technological process of the bio-whole milk replacer for young agricultural animals includes whey pasteurization, inactivation of ferments in the green juice by heating to 80 grad. C, mixing and neutralization of the mixture received to 80 grad. T with the limestone milk, preparation of the milk-oil mixture based on fish oil and homogenization of the mixture. It was found that during production cycle some losses of the activity of the biologically active substances occur. Reduction of carotene and vitamins A, E and D did not exceed 20%. Losses of the vitamin C activity were a bit higher and reached 28.5%, vitamins of the group B were not higher than 14.8% of the starting meanings. The young animals were given bio-whole milk replacers at the age after 10 days. Each group of animals included 15 chosen calves. Bio-whole milk replacer was applied as an additional feed to the dry concentrated feeds (7kg a day). The weight gains in the trial and control (receiving whole milk) groups were actually the same. No digestive troubles were observed, health of the animals receiving bio-whole milk replacer did not differ from that of the control group. The conclusion was that green juice of red clover is a valuable raw material for production of the bio-whole milk replacer on the base of milk whey that can be applied for feeding young animals.
